1. Responsible Sourcing
PCMK is one of the few cigarette manufacturers with a dedicated in-house leaf-purchasing division , focused on procuring the finest tobacco leaves from around the world. This division specializes in sourcing premium Flue-Cured Virginia, Burley, Orientals, Reconstituted Tobaccos, Stem, and DIET tobacco leaves from countries such as Brazil, Zimbabwe, India, China, Tanzania, and Greece.
2. Leaf Processing
PCMK is commited to effective backward integration. In-house production of raw materials help deliver the maximum value to PCMK consumers. A fully integrated and automated in-house leaf processing facility has the flexibilty to manufacture diverse range blends for various formats including King Size and Super Slim. PCMK’s leaf processing division is catering to the demands of cigarette manufacturers worldwide.
3. Filter Manufacturing
As part of our continuous effort to enhance backward integration and in-house production of raw materials, PCMK has invested in a state-of-the-art filter manufacturing facility. This facility boasts of high-speed manufacturing capabilites and offers the flexibility to produce a variety of formats in mono acetate filters, including multi-segment filters with capsule insertion capabilities.
4. Flexible Cigarette Manufacturing
PCMK has the capability to manufacture variety of cigarette formats like King Size, Superslims, Nano and Queen Size. PCMK also has the flexibility to manufacture modern product formats like Hollow and Charcoal filter products, Single and Double capsule products, in all formats and sizes tailored according to the market demands.
5. Packaging-Innovation
PCMK is one of the few companies in the UAE to introduce Automatic Fresh Seal packs in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America markets. The company also boasts of a wide range of capabilites, including high-speed manufacturing, online perforation, Track & Trace technology, and the flexibility to accommodate various filter lengths.
